ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency opened in 2017 and has grown into a team of 23 across two locations. I originally got my start in the industry working for a family member who was a State Farm agent, which gave me the opportunity to learn the business and develop a passion for helping people protect what matters most.I attended BYU and have always been very active. I enjoy playing basketball and pickleball and was once on track to pursue professional football. My family keeps me busy - I’m married with three kids and we even have cows, which adds a little extra character to life outside the office.Giving back to the community is very important to me. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $48,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
