ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency opened in 2017 and has grown into a team of 23 across two locations. I originally got my start in the industry working for a family member who was a State Farm agent, which gave me the opportunity to learn the business and develop a passion for helping people protect what matters most.I attended BYU and have always been very active. I enjoy playing basketball and pickleball and was once on track to pursue professional football. My family keeps me busy - I’m married with three kids and we even have cows, which adds a little extra character to life outside the office.Giving back to the community is very important to me. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brady Paxman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
